This is a three-destination trip with the first three nights being spent in the Drakensberg, thereafter proceeding to the Hluhluwe National Park for 2 nights. The last two nights will be spent on Safari in St Lucia Wetlands Park.

The emphasis of the trail is to spend time on foot in the reserve, not only looking for the large mammals but also the smaller creatures, birds and insects that are present.
