Ripplemead Guest Farm and B&B near Kokstad

Ripplemead Guest Farm is situated on the N2/R56 - approximately 15,5km from the busy hub of Kokstad. Surrounded by an English country garden, it is a bird-watcher's paradise. The most glorious crystal clear spring water is on tap in all units.

Ripplemead Guest Farm consists of three en-suite units.

• "GRANNY BETTY'S" - sleeps 5. It comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge / dining room with DSTV, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh farm milk is provided daily.
• "IAN'S HUT" - sleeps 2. Beautifully decorated bed-sitter, en-suite shower / toilet, DSTV, fridge, microwave, kettle and hotplate - coffee, tea, sugar and fresh farm milk.
• "LAVENDER & ROSE" - sleeps 2. Beautifully decorated bed-sitter, en-suite shower / toilet, two single beds, microwave, TV, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh farm milk daily.

The units are serviced daily. Toiletries are provided. Electric blankets and heaters are provided in winter. Secure parking. The establishment is surrounded by a security fence and gate.

The 2 dams in close proximity of the Guesthouse, as well as the 5km of the Swartwater River which flows through the farm, has recently been stocked with Rainbow Trout and Bass.
