country hotel set in 260 acres of heavenly highveld countryside. You can visit
San / Bushman rock paintings too and for birders 185 species of bird.
Back at Oaklands Country Manor, kids are well catered for (Jamie and Anna adore them): there’s the balustraded pool and a tennis court (with umpire’s chair to provoke argument), croquet, a games room, mountain bikes… and all that fresh mountain air will put them to sleep should they ever sit down.
